We are looking for a Sales Data Analyst who will play a critical role in driving data-informed decision‑making for ACMobility’s Sales team. This role consolidates, analyzes, and interprets sales performance data across regions, models, and channels—translating numbers into actionable insights that guide sales strategy, dealer performance, and overall business growth.

You will partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and relevant reporting that strengthens BYD’s competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and consolidate sales data from CRM and industry reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover sales drivers, variances, growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations for strategic planning, forecasting, and dealer reinforcement.
  • Track and analyze competitor activities, promotions, and BYD network performance for market intelligence.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to monitor KPIs such as revenue, volume, conversion rates, and territory performance.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in sales planning, data analysis, or marketing (preferably in the automotive industry).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Forecasting and planning expertise
  • Knowledge of sales principles and inventory management
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and systems
  • Attention to detail, adaptability, decision-making, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
