We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client & Customer Service (Energy & Power) team. This role will be based in the Philippines. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

This is a sales- and growth-related role within the regional E&P business. You will collaborate with regional and local Asian E&P, advisory, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand the E&P business and Marsh solutions, and engage with internal stakeholders across Asia and globally
  • Analyze and conceptualize information to prepare compelling proposals
  • Identify clients’ key decision makers, account needs, and risks to determine suitable services, products, and solutions
  • Extract critical business insights from E&P databases (Power BI is an added advantage; willingness to learn the platform is critical)
  • Leverage knowledge of internal offerings and broking solutions; assist in responses to client queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Develop complex sales presentations and support the design, development, and marketing of new E&P products
  • Assist E&P colleagues on client requirements and shadow leaders during sales meetings to gain insight
  • Conduct thorough due diligence research and monitor market conditions to develop effective sales materials
  • Update management on issues and progress to ensure high-quality client service
  • Support the overall execution of regional sales and growth strategy
What you need to have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Communication/Finance
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar field as Data Analyst
  • Experience with Power BI is an added advantage
