Master Planner

About the Role:
Are you a visionary architect with a passion for master planning and cutting-edge construction technologies? We are seeking an experienced Design and Engineering Manager - Master Planner to lead innovative projects, shape the future of urban development, and drive excellence in design and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and implement new building technologies for project developments.
- Develop innovative building modules and generate detailed estimates for both building and land development projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with specialty consultants in various disciplines (e.g., ASMEP, land development).
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to create site development plans and conduct technical due diligence studies (soil, seismic, hydrological surveys, etc.).
- Confirm, verify, and plot lot plans to facilitate site development planning.
- Coordinate the integration of new building modules and construction technologies into upcoming projects.

Qualifications:
- Licensed PRC Architect.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in master planning, estimating, and construction technology.
- Strong technical knowledge, creativity, and innovation.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to customer focus and excellence in leadership and management.
