Job Summary The Regional General Manager for Central Luzon oversees regional development management, sales performance, and marketing execution for all MRB and Housing projects within the provinces of Central Luzon. The RGM ensures projects are launched effectively, financially viable, market-responsive, and delivered according to brand standards. This role leads regional growth strategies across development, Sales, and Marketing. Key Responsibilities Project Development & Management Conduct development studies, financial feasibility, site scanning, and market profiling across Central Luzon provinces. Prepare project development plans and collaborate with Brand/Product teams for product packages optimized for the Central Luzon market. Establish strong ties with provincial LGUs, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders. Sales & Marketing Leadership Lead Sales forecasting, target-setting, and performance management across Central Luzon. Ensure on-ground visibility through effective regional marketing campaigns, activations, partnerships, and digital initiatives. Recommend pricing strategies, promotions, and tactical campaigns based on market movements. Analyze sales reports, market data, and buyer demographics to identify opportunities and risks. Project Implementation Coordinate with Project Technical Groups to ensure timely, quality, and compliant project execution. Oversee project launch activities and ensure alignment with budget and business plans. Project Turnover & Property Management Lead process improvements for turnovers to enhance customer satisfaction scores. Ensure proper coordination with Property Management regarding maintenance and community operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. At least 10 years of real estate development experience; strong exposure to Sales & Marketing is required. Experience handling provincial LGUs in Central Luzon is highly preferred.
