Responsibilities
  • Monitor ad track regulatory changes that impact the organization and assist in maintaining an updated repository of these changes.
  • Communicate regulatory updates and changes to relevant teams and departments in a timely and clear manner.
  • Work closely with the Compliance and Governance Officer to ensure that regulatory changes are reflected in organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely compliance reports to be submitted to regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Track reporting deadlines and ensure all submissions are made on time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and information for regulatory reports.
  • Assist in conducting compliance testing by gathering data, preparing documentation, and following up on any identified gaps or deficiencies.
  • Support the Compliance Supervisor in ensuring corrective actions are implemented following compliance tests to maintain adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Chief Legal, Risk and Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager to support the department’s objectives.
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support as required to ensure smooth execution of compliance and governance functions.
