Job Description

General Assignments:

  • Conduct HR audits and resolve compliance issues with the HR Manager.
  • Support Halcyon Unit with documentation, policies, and reports.
  • Address employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Maintain employee file compliance through regular audits.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of training programs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and report integrity.
  • Handle complaints, apply corrective actions, and monitor investigations.
  • Maintain records of compliance activities and training.
  • Support Halcyon projects and ensure timely deliverables.

Other HR Support:

  • Assist in company activities and maintain compliance records.
  • Monitor supply usage and prepare requisition forms.
  • Coordinate HR-related admin requests.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Education: College graduate with a B.S. in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in various HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of clerical and administrative skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
