You will make a direct impact by: Managing all accounting functions, including payroll, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable. Preparing accurate monthly financial reports aligned with accounting standards. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. Collaborating with project managers to monitor costs and profitability. Utilizing QuickBooks Online and Procore for precise financial management. This Role Is for You If… Experience: You have 10–20 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry. Technical Skills: You’re proficient in QuickBooks Online and familiar with project-based accounting systems like Procore. Non-Negotiables: Strong understanding of U.S. tax regulations and compliance standards. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset. Bonus Points: Experience with Division 10 accounting or specialty construction. Background in project-based financial reporting and forecasting.
