Job Location : Sri Lanka

We are hiring an experienced and highly competent QAQC Manager for our PAEH Project.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of the project’s quality management system, in alignment with company policies and project requirements;
  • Prepare project-specific quality plans, inspection checklists, and quality control procedures, and organize relevant training;
  • Oversee quality inspections and acceptance processes for raw materials, construction works, and equipment installation to ensure compliance with design specifications and technical standards;
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors on all quality-related matters to ensure timely approvals and inspections;
  • Handle quality issues on-site, implement corrective and preventive actions, and lead investigations into major quality incidents;
  • Organize regular quality review meetings, prepare quality analysis reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Supervise and support the daily work of the QA/QC team to ensure effective on-site quality management;
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and handover of all quality-related records for traceability and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 12 years of QA/QC work experience, including at least 8 years in a QA/QC managerial or equivalent role
  • Experience in large-scale construction projects is required (preferably in infrastructure sectors such as bridges, highways, or ports)
  • Solid understanding of construction quality standards and procedures
  • Good command of English, capable of preparing quality documentation and participating in meetings with the client and consultants
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills
  • Recognize and align with the company’s corporate culture, and be willing to work in Sri Lanka on a long-term basis with CCECC
  • Candidates with prior overseas work experience will be given preference
