Job Summary

Tricentis is expanding its footprint in Manila, Philippines. We are hiring a Bilingual Application Support (English/Japanese) to join our team. This customer-facing role involves analysis, processing, troubleshooting, making technical recommendations, and resolving inquiries from customers using Tosca, QTest/Vera, and Neoload. Interactions will occur via self-service portals, emails, chats, and occasional inbound calls. You will collaborate with customers to deliver exceptional support through effective communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities
  • Be detail-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision, with strong research and problem-solving skills to handle simple to complex customer cases; background in system analysis, design, and functional support to identify potential software bugs.
  • Troubleshoot and support various software configurations, perform testing and diagnostics, and provide professional technical support. Collaborate with R&D and product teams and learn software engineering processes.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Customer Success on customer-related issues to ensure product-tailored solutions.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in technical, application, or product support in a customer-facing role.
  • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle concepts.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with Tricentis TOSCA is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge in related technologies – Distributed Exchange, API/OSV, VisionAI, Mobile Dev, SAP, Host Engines, Database, Mail Engines, and Document Imaging.
  • Candidates from a software QA background who are willing to move into a support role and have in-depth training/experience from a market leader in model-based testing.
  • Candidates from a technical support background who want to gain software QA and testing exposure.
