We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveHR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure the smooth handling of administrative tasks, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion. Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and termination paperwork Assist in recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and screening resumes Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes Support payroll processing and maintain attendance/leave records Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures Help organize training and development initiatives Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Maintain confidentiality and handle HR-related documents with discretion Perform general administrative tasks and support the HR team as needed At least 1 year experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or relevant role Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle data with confidentiality Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
