About Our Client
This large organization operates in the FMCG industry, offering a wide range of consumer goods. It has a significant presence in Manila and is known for its structured processes and commitment to operational excellence.
Job Description
  • Manage the financial reporting process to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
  • Lead Month End Closing, oversee GBS activities. Monitor GBS errors / issues and enable improvements where needed
  • Drive process improvements to reduce risk of errors and focus time in right place rather than periodic 'clean up'
  • Prepare year end closing and statutory preparation calendar working closely with Tax and GBS
  • Act as SPOC on all audit matters during interim and year-end following up with various
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Entity Finance Manager Should Have
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience, and 4 years people management experience
  • Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry or manufacturing is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
