It has a significant presence in Manila and is known for its structured processes and commitment to operational excellence.Job DescriptionManage the financial reporting process to ensure compliance with local and international standards. Lead Month End Closing, oversee GBS activities. Monitor GBS errors / issues and enable improvements where needed Drive process improvements to reduce risk of errors and focus time in right place rather than periodic 'clean up' Prepare year end closing and statutory preparation calendar working closely with Tax and GBS Act as SPOC on all audit matters during interim and year-end following up with various Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls. The Successful ApplicantA Successful Entity Finance Manager Should HaveA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience, and 4 years people management experience Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is preferred. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards. Experience in the FMCG industry or manufacturing is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
