Midlevel to Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for Midlevel to Senior Business Analysts with strong experience in banking and finance projects to join our growing team at Pointwest. As a key liaison between clients and delivery teams, you will help design solutions that drive business value, strengthen client relationships, and deliver measurable impact. This role combines leadership, innovation, and collaboration to ensure we delight our clients, grow our business, and continuously improve the way we work.

What You’ll Do

  • Delight Customers & Stakeholders : Gather and analyze requirements, ensure solutions meet client needs, and maintain strong partnerships.

  • Grow the Business : Identify opportunities to expand engagements, contribute to proposals, and support pre-sales activities.

  • Improve the Way We Work : Champion agile methods, document best practices, and promote continuous process improvement.

  • Develop Myself & Others : Stay updated on industry trends, mentor junior analysts, and build expertise in banking and finance.

What Success Looks Like

  • High client satisfaction and solution delivery aligned with business needs.

  • Contributions to new opportunities and business growth.

  • Adoption of improved analysis practices and documented best practices.

  • Successful mentoring and completion of upskilling initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.

  • Business Analysis experience with proven success in banking and finance projects (3-5 years for midlevel; 5-7 years for senior level)

  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Solid experience with Agile methodologies and IT project delivery.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment.

  • Willing to work in Quezon City and/or Makati City.
