About the role Milaor Trading Corporation (MTC) is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to lead and oversee the efficient and effective operation of our warehousing and distribution facility in the Bicol Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction Overseeing the day-to-day warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfilment, stock control and logistics Optimising workflow and processes to maximise space utilisation and operational effectiveness Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement Leading, coaching and developing a team of warehouse associates Collaborating cross-functionally to align operations with the company's overall business objectives What we're looking for 5+ years of experience in a similar operation manager or warehousing/logistics leadership role With experience in fast moving customer goods (FMCG) is an advantage Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control practices Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Logistics or a related field is preferred What we offer At Milaor Trading Corporation (MTC), we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment for our employees.
