Senior Manager and Global Process Owner, Order To Cash (OtC) – Cebu. Location: Cebu City, 07, PH. Work Arrangement: Hybrid.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Senior Manager and Global Process Owner (GPO) – Order To Cash (OtC) is responsible for leading and supporting the Order-To-Cash operations in Cebu. In addition, they have responsibility for the design of the Global OTC Process including Master Data Management (Customer) for all DBS sites. This role will design and standardize the Global Order-To-Cash Process (Philippines, Suzhou, Bucharest and India). Not limited to, providing direction and execution of the end-to-end process through world-class service execution, quality assurance, compliance to audit controls, improved data accuracy, and efficient use of technology to optimize the entire OtC lifecycle. The position interfaces and collaborates across global stakeholders (OpCo) and within internal customers from various operating companies to foster value realization, working capital improvement, continuous process improvement, transaction efficiency, and service improvement.

• Management and oversight of the end-to-end Cebu Order To Cash process; including system workflows, governance and future direction
• Conduct regular process assessments and identify bottlenecks and root causes within OtC operations
• Lead the regular review effort and ensure updated operational guides and process manuals for general consumption
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce overtime through automation and process efficiencies
• Collaborate with Transformation and Technology Enablement teams to initiate process improvements or system enhancements to achieve cost savings
• Regular review of internal and external KPIs and identification of future risk
• Lead the Cebu OtC process to achieve service levels agreed with Operating Companies
• Lead the team to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and quality of processes to meet customer expectations
• Monitor and assure achievement of annual operating budget and key performance metrics
• Capacity planning to ensure resources are properly allocated including transition of new process and FTE optimization
• Ensure updated business continuity plan for process and people

• Regular cadence across all stakeholders (OpCos and DBS) for process alignment, governance, calibration, efficiency and automation direction, and change management
• Prioritize projects with impact on automation and efficiencies
• Collaborate with OpCo CI resources to assess dependencies for comprehensive insights across geographies
• Work with internal audit to establish process controls, governance risks, and compliance testing
• Provide global leadership and oversight to regions pertaining to the OtC blueprint, including Master Data Management for customers
• Ensure timely communications across operating companies for process changes
• Design and maintain work instructions and policies; monitor controls and report observations
• Lead training strategy, develop global training materials, and support delivery
• Enforce global templates and standards; escalate deviations when needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or related field preferred
• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in various finance shared services, especially Collections, Cash Application and disputes
• At least 5 years managerial experience leading a group of at least 15 professionals
• Experience managing data in large ERP systems, Oracle preferred
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.)
• Lean training a plus
• Experience with financial reporting tools and end-to-end automation solutions is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to lead a large, diverse, multi-regional team
• Demonstrated proficiency managing data in Microsoft Office
