- Help each employee reach their best potential.
- Creatively devise plans to help employees reach their targets.

- Identify your people’s strengths and weaknesses.
- Assign tasks that showcase talents and address development areas.
- Manage relationships and develop people at the same time.
- At least 3 years of related working experience in customer experience operations and as a management specialist.
- A track record of meeting and delivering targets.
- Articulate communication with teammates and clients.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership abilities.
