About the role

Become an integral part of Basic Hauling and Logistic Inc.', a leading logistics and transportation company in Antipolo City Rizal. As our new Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our distribution network, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods to our clients. This full-time role is crucial in driving the continued growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate the movement of goods, vehicles, and personnel to meet customer delivery targets
  2. Optimise logistics processes and workflows to improve productivity and reduce costs
  3. Monitor inventory levels, transportation schedules, and fleet utilisation to identify areas for improvement
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation, health, and safety regulations
  5. Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance customer satisfaction
  6. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of logistics coordinators and drivers
  7. Implement and maintain effective performance management systems

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar operations management role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
  2. Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  4. Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools
  5. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals
  6. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  7. Relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
