Professional Experience and Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or any related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in PR, preferably in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or FMCG industries. Strong media network and proven experience in managing media relationships and press features. Familiarity with PR analytics, media monitoring tools, and basic reporting formats. Has a finger on the pulse of beauty/lifestyle trends and pop culture to help brands stay relevant and media-worthy. Essential Job Functions Develop, execute, and manage effective public relations strategies for Gluta-C and Moringa-O2 to drive brand awareness, credibility, and affinity. Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and key messaging that align with each brand’s voice and campaign objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with lifestyle editors, journalists, influencers, and media outlets (traditional and digital). Coordinate media coverage, interviews, and brand feature placements to boost visibility and engagement. Monitor media trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR opportunities to recommend timely and brand‑aligned stories. Support event publicity and activations (product launches, campaigns, CSR) ensuring consistent communication and messaging. Collaborate closely with the social media, marketing, and creative teams to ensure integrated communications across platforms.
