Compensation: ₱40,000 – ₱60,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator who brings both creative direction and hands-on execution to the table. This role is ideal for someone who can take initiative, drive content strategy, and confidently represent the brand on camera. If you\'re more than just a scheduler and thrive in fast-paced, creative environments — we want to work with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company\'s social media accounts
  • Lead and propose creative direction for content across platforms
  • Plan and schedule regular social media postings
  • Initiate and support broader marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Coordinate with creative teams to produce content and route approvals to management
  • Serve as the on-camera talent for video content (e.g., product features, brand updates, TikTok/Reels)

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience managing social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or content creation
  • Confident in front of the camera with strong on-screen presence
  • Experience with tools like Canva or CapCut is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Self-starter with a passion for digital content and audience engagement
