Overview The Reference Data Services Analyst 1 role (Internal Job Title: Reference Data Services Analyst 1 - C09) is based in Taguig, Philippines. This is a trainee professional role with limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of tasks/services provided. It supports data remediation and data quality initiatives within the reference data services team. Responsibilities Work on shifting schedule between APAC and EMEA. Remediates data in the Clients and Security Coding systems. Performs trend analysis and identifies root causes; implements or suggests solutions based on the root cause analysis. Liaises with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated. Provides a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders. Owns ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion. Provides tangible metrics to Management. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adherence to policy, ethical conduct, and transparency in escalating, managing, and reporting control issues. Qualifications Bachelor’s/University degree. 0-1 year experience in data management. Background and knowledge in Capital Markets; equities, bonds, fixed income is a plus. Experience maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment. Takes ownership of allocated work and is accountable; able to identify and escalate issues. Financial services related qualifications; MS Office proficiency.
