We are looking for a UI/UX designer to create easy-to-use digital products for Startups around the World. You will work with a team of software engineers, backend developers and other frontend developers and clients, to create outstanding projects. Key Responsibilities Determine a customer’s design requirements based on their business demands. Prepare and present drafts to internal team and key stakeholders. Create and design the visual solutions to the client’s design problems in accordance with current UI and UX best practices. Design original graphics and user interface elements. Act as an advocate for the User when discussing strategies and solutions with the client. Execute the final art and graphic design in a way that’s convenient and useful to both the client and the development team. Conduct layout adjustments based on user/client feedback. Technical Requirements 2+ years experience as a UI/UX Designer. Knows UX design principles for web and mobile applications. Has experience with creating mockups for mobile-first applications. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop). Work side by side with clients, engineering, and project managers. Create mockups, user flows, and prototypes. Must and/or Nice to have Have excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and suggestions. Have creativity and imagination. Adaptable and able to pick up new techniques/trends and best practices. Experience working in an Agile development environment. BSc/BA in Computer Science or Design or any related degree.
