Overview As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives with a strong focus on cybersecurity, delivering projects that safeguard systems, data, and identities. You’ll design clear project plans, anticipate risks, and drive execution by aligning resources and cross-functional teams while ensuring timely communication with senior leadership. Your ability to bring structure to large-scale security initiatives, collaborate across business and technical groups, and deliver measurable outcomes will be key to strengthening the organization’s enterprise resilience. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level cybersecurity initiatives, including Identity Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with defined tasks, timelines, release schedules, and assigned resources. Capture and document both technical and business requirements to create structured project specifications and scorecards for tracking and reporting progress. Monitor project execution, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and enterprise stakeholders to align project objectives and resolve issues quickly. Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to communicate progress and decisions. Apply Agile methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement in project execution. Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while ensuring quality standards and enterprise security norms are met. Support change management efforts by ensuring smooth adoption of cybersecurity solutions across the organization. Competencies Core Competencies 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in enterprise environments, with a focus on delivering cybersecurity initiatives, including Identity Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. 5 years of experience applying Agile methodologies, including Scrum, supported by PMP and/or Scrum Master certification. 5 years of experience in creating high-quality documentation, capturing technical and business requirements, and translating them into detailed project plans with defined tasks, release schedules, and scorecards for tracking and reporting. Complementary Competencies Good knowledge of systems infrastructure, security norms & exposure to DevOps concepts, including CI / CD Knowledge of PAM Solutions (Delinea, CyberArk; or equivalent industry standard tool) and the role within the Enterprise. Knowledge of Identity and Directory Solutions within an Enterprise (Active Directory; Oracle Unified Directory or equivalent industry directory ldap tool). Strong Microsoft Office skills with focus on Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of Change Management practices within an enterprise Qualifications Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
