DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Oversees and monitors the preparation, implementation, and completion of various work stages related to the construction of the assigned projects.
  2. Ensures that review and revisions of Plans, Designs, and Specifications are conducted by the Design Review group from Design Development (DD) up to For Construction Drawings (FCD).
  3. Oversees, facilitates, and participates in value engineering discussions and identifies cost-saving items for project implementation.
  4. Leads the preparation of the Risk Management Plan and monitors project compliance with its mitigation actions, seeking continuous improvement.
  5. Identifies and secures applicable permits, clearances, and certifications during project construction and post-construction stages, coordinating with Regulatory Compliance Section, QAD & GPMC, ensuring all are valid.
  6. Facilitates pre-bid meetings, clarificatory meetings, submissions, and the opening of Project Work Bid Packages, including recommendations for awarding projects.
  7. Prepares, reviews, and evaluates Contract Agreements, Letters of Awards (LOA), and Notices to Proceed (NTP), including necessary annexes.
  8. Submits timely Weekly and Monthly Reports, including Percent of Completion (POC) Certifications for accounting, and addresses issues proactively.
  9. Conducts regular Weekly and Monthly Project Management meetings, including site inspections, documenting issues, and following up on action plans.
  10. Organizes emergency meetings with project stakeholders to address urgent issues and strategize solutions.
  11. Prepares and recommends lists of Bidders/Suppliers for project use for approval by the Project Management Assistant Vice President.
  12. Prepares and recommends approval of Project Authorization Orders (PAO), Billing/Payment Certificates, RCP, WAO, and Change Order Requests (COR).
  13. Ensures compliance with P&ED-Systems and Procedures, promoting adherence among project stakeholders.
  14. Leads the promotion of an accident-free workplace and environmental compliance, providing necessary resources in coordination with the SMDC HSE Manager.
  15. Monitors QA/QC inspections on workmanship and ensures rectification before project handover.
  16. Oversees project billings, ensuring compliance with SAP procedures, and facilitates procurement and CRM requirements.
  17. Manages the implementation and completion of punch list items and the timely turnover of condo units and other areas.
  18. Implements project activities aligned with KRAs, participating in regular reviews and evaluations.
  19. Facilitates Vendor Performance Evaluation Reports (VPER) for contractors and suppliers, monitoring evaluation frequency.
  20. Performs other duties as assigned.
