Apprentice Accountant

Job Title: Apprentice AccountantLocation: Metro ManilaEmployment Type: Full-time | Entry-Level | Apprenticeship About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with strong academic credentials (Latin honors or Dean’s Lister), who is eager to start a career in accounting within the property management industry. As an Apprentice Accountant, you will work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and accounting processes specific to property and asset management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining general ledgers Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Help prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts Perform bank reconciliations and assist with accounts payable/receivable Assist in preparing billing statements for tenants and tracking rental income Support audit processes by gathering documentation and data Maintain orderly accounting files and documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Property Managers, Admin, Operations) Perform other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager or Senior Accountant Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy Graduated with Latin honors (Cum Laude or higher) or recognized as a Dean’s Lister CPA License is a plus but not required Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of accounting softwareExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment Integrity, professionalism, and strong attention to detail What We Offer: Structured training and mentorship from experienced accountants Exposure to real estate and property management accounting practices Opportunity for full-time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Competitive entry-level compensation and benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
