The primary responsibilities of this position include :

The assurance staff works in these departments of our firms to prepare and issue audits, reviews, compilations and tax returns for our clients. They also assist these clients in reconciling their books, depreciation schedules and other tasks. A strong understanding of accounting and ability to switch from client to client is a must for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue audits, reviews, compilations and tax returns for clients.
  • Assist clients in reconciling books, depreciation schedules and other tasks.
  • Switch between client engagements with a strong understanding of accounting.
Requirements
  • University Graduate
  • GPA 2.9
  • TOEIC Score of 650 and above
  • Technical accounting skills
  • Strong computer and technical skills including QuickBooks, ADP Payroll, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, intranet and other accounting software
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • A positive team player attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Perform accounting tasks required in the preparation of financial statements for engagements of audits, reviews, and compilations
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Other accounting related assignments
Schedule
  • 8 hour shift
Education
  • Bachelor\'s (preferred)
Experience
  • Auditing: 1 year (required)
Ability to commute/relocate
  • Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
