Overview PROJECT IN CHARGE (LICENSED CIVIL ENGINEER) Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality workmanship. Monitor all activities to align with construction schedules and project timelines. Evaluate and recommend contractor billings, job orders, and related documents for approval. Prepare and submit required reports including: Weekly Accomplishment/Progress Reports; Site-Initiated Job Orders. Implement and maintain quality control procedures across all engineering works. Conduct site meetings with contractors and address project issues promptly. Review project plans, materials, and BOQs before execution. Manage and evaluate field staff performance and productivity. Oversee homeowner Move-In processes in line with company policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering PRC License (Registered Civil Engineer) is REQUIRED for this position.
