Position Inside Sales Development Representative (remote, U.S.) working from home as a 1099 Contractor. The successful candidate will identify and secure new business opportunities with local independent restaurants, earning base pay and commissions. Responsibilities Conduct targeted cold‑calling campaigns to identify, qualify, and generate leads for the Account Executive team. Engage with key restaurant decision‑makers to understand their challenges and needs. Deliver compelling pitches and presentations to showcase Lavu’s Restaurant Point of Sales and Credit Card Processing solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to warm‑transfer calls and schedule follow‑up meetings and product demonstrations. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Qualifications Experience in the restaurant industry, POS sales, or credit card processing sales is preferred. Proven experience in B2B telemarketing with a focus on cold‑calling and lead generation. Track record of success in B2B sales and business development. Excellent communication and interlocution skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, with a strong work ethic and resilience. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
