Opportunity Overview Lead or manage projects, programs, or portfolios from conception through completion, including process improvement, cost savings, software development, and transfer of technology, using project management techniques and processes. Collaborate with multiple cross-functional groups over the project life cycle; coordinate dependencies and timing of deliverables within project constraints: scope, schedule, and budget. Implement defined project management processes and procedures. Monitor project management compliance of other functional groups and assist when needed. Communicate the status of projects to stakeholders, including Senior Management; escalate issues as needed. Serve as the point of contact for issues and concerns. Present regular project updates to Project Sponsors and Stakeholders. Build PM training materials and conduct training, as necessary. Attend to Project Management Office operational tasks and provide support to operations in linking organizational strategies to project execution and goals. All About You College graduate of any 4-year course; preferably Industrial Engineering or Information Technology. At least 3 years’ experience in leading/managing projects or continuous improvement activities. Minimum 1 year experience in leading/managing Software Development Projects. Excellent communication and composition skills with the ability to foster communication and integration between project teams and/or functional groups. Analytical, process oriented and strong documentation skills. Outstanding organization and planning skills. Excellent facilitation, collaboration and negotiation skills. Must have strong interpersonal, teamwork, stakeholder management and project management skills. Ability to work with different levels of the organization and cross-functional groups. Knowledge of MS Office and Lean Six Sigma Methodologies is an advantage. PMP Certification is a plus. We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
