Create proposals in documents and presentations. Coordinate with cross‑functional groups for data gathering and defining the Scope of Work. Prepare and assist in client visits. Record and maintain data in CRM tools, meet or exceed targets and KPIs. Share best practices, constructive feedback, and suggestions for continuous improvement. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management within your employment category and to support the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or any related field. At least 3‑5 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or B2B sales/account management. Hands‑on experience in data mining, lead qualification, and contact verification. Experience in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Demonstrate reliability and the ability to work independently in a high‑profile position. Flexible with work schedule and able to report on site if needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
