The role Corporate Resources Group (CRG) Services Corp. is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Santolan, Pasig City. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing communications strategies and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of our company. What you'll be doing Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and programmes that align with the company's overall business objectives Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email, and advertising Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance, using data to optimise future strategies Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new marketing approaches Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the services industry Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging copy Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and data analytics software like CANVA Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask Creativity and a passion for staying up-to-date with marketing trends and technologies Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently What we offer At Corporate Resources Group (CRG) Services Corp., we value our employees and strive to provide a rewarding and supportive work environment.
