Quezon City, Philippines | Posted on 10/09/2025 State/Province National Capital Region (Manila) Country Philippines Job Description Visual Execution and Production Produce high quality artwork for SVEN on behalf of their clients which are not limited to the following requirements:Digital materials ranging from social media content, website designs, digital ads and mobile apps.Convert certain digital materials to video format with minimal animation.Print materials ranging from OOH Executions, Trade, retail, event materials, and Print Ads.Produce high quality artwork for SVEN on behalf of their clients which are not limited to the following requirements:Minor styling and product photographySourcing of vector, stock photo and font assetsPost-processing of client given and shot assets Creative thinking and Visualization Provide inputs and ideas during discussions and determine how best to represent a concept visuallyLearn and understand details pertaining to the company's effective operation and workflow.Exercise proper discretion in creating the design execution and determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to useParticipate in brain stormingTake work from concept to final execution within deadlinesPresent completed ideas to clients/team membersProduce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas Administration and Reporting Make sure all artworks created are aligned and approved by the immediate supervisorMake sure all files are backed up and the folders are properly arrangedTake care of equipment unitMaintain an updated historical file of all creative material/artwork produced.Make sure all deliverables are met and on time.Ability to plan and prepare for outcomes on the basis of priority and effective management of time. Team Management Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by Junior memberCoordinate and cascade aligned information during discussions with the teamManage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directionsManage own brand accounts and projects, working within budget (if social media shoots) and other requirements.Confer with creative, art, copywriting, or production department heads to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts, and to coordinate creative activities.
