What we’re looking for We are looking for a Paralegal with experience supporting attorneys in legal research, case preparation, and documentation. Experience working in a US law firm is a significant advantage. As a Paralegal, you will provide comprehensive legal support, assisting attorneys in case management, legal research, drafting documents, and ensuring compliance with deadlines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in US legal procedures. Responsibilities—what you'll do Conduct legal research and compile case law, statutes, and relevant legal precedents. Assist attorneys in case preparation by organizing and analyzing legal documents. Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies. Draft contracts, pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal correspondence. Review and proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain case files and document management systems. Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel to track case progress. Manage deadlines, coordinate schedules, and assist in trial preparation. Ensure all case-related documents are properly recorded and organized in the case management system. Requirements Strong understanding of US legal procedures and law firm operations. Experience using case management software. Proficiency in legal research databases Familiarity with document management tools (e.g., Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office). Ability to prepare and file documents using e-filing systems for US courts. Fully fluent in English Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time) This position is for serious, career-oriented candidates Other qualities we look for Excellent written and verbal communication for drafting legal documents and interacting with clients.
