Role The Role – We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of People & Culture to shape our high-performance organization and lead initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and growth. You will own the development of our leadership pipeline, standardize compensation frameworks, and implement a modern HR tech stack to support our scaling tech organization of 350+ staff. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building a strong, innovative, and inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities Culture & Engagement: Shape a flat, high-performance culture while driving employee engagement, retention, and employer brand. Leadership Development: Build and nurture a leadership pipeline of player-coaches across the organization. Compensation & Rewards: Standardize compensation frameworks, levels, and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable practices. HR Technology: Implement and manage modern HR systems (e.g., Willo, Greenhouse, BambooHR, Lever) to optimize recruiting and HR decision-making. Talent Acquisition & Branding: Act as a hands-on recruiter while leading corporate PR and employer branding initiatives. Work Schedule: Full-time, on-site role with standard working hours; flexibility may occasionally be required to support global teams or special initiatives. Qualifications Proven track record in designing and implementing engagement programs that improve retention and employee satisfaction (eNPS). Experience building compensation frameworks for 300+ FTE organizations. Hands-on experience with modern HR technology platforms and recruiting tools. Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, mentor, and inspire at all levels. Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
