Overview Marketing and Regulatory Coordinator - 12 months Fixed Term at Haleon Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. Responsibilities Regulatory Affairs: Understand FDA Promo Application schedules by category and ensure proper timing of submissions to secure approval at the earliest possible date. Regulatory Affairs: Initiate Application by filling out FDA Promo Permit Application Form, route to TM and RA for final approval, and secure complete supporting documents from TM, Brand and RA. Regulatory Affairs: Submit Completed Application Form with the necessary supporting documents to FDA via email and process payment with FDA for the application. Regulatory Affairs: Monitor progress of the application with the FDA electronically or in person; raise with RA any help needed and perform follow-through. Regulatory Affairs: Update cross-functional team once FDA releases approval. Monitoring and Documentation: Monitor all promo permits active and alert team if permits are expiring and apply for renewal if necessary. Monitoring and Documentation: Maintain proper documentation and safekeeping of documents to create an efficient path forward. Marketing (Artwork): Accountable for delivery of all artwork creation and approval activities, including project plans, timelines, deliverable assignments, status tracking, and escalations. Marketing (Artwork): Manage end-to-end delivery of artwork transition projects, coordinating with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain until implementation. Marketing (Artwork): Ensure GxP process compliance to deliver on-time and accurate artwork; deliver training and guidance to functions; act as subject matter expert in the artwork management system. Marketing (Artwork): Manage resolution of technical and Studio queries to meet project milestones; attend project meetings and communicate with Studio counterparts as required. Marketing (Artwork): May act as proxy for manufacturing sites or internal functions without direct access to the artwork management system. Marketing (Artwork): Offer recommendations and business cases for procedural and service improvements; support implementation of process improvements as applicable. Skills And Experience: Bachelor’s degree or degree in a relevant field. Skills And Experience: 2+ years business experience. Skills And Experience: Ability to deliver operational excellence and coordinate complex tasks. Skills And Experience: Basic use of Microsoft tools. Skills And Experience: Problem solving. Skills And Experience: Strong stakeholder management. Skills And Experience: Collaboration. Skills And Experience: Project management and issue mitigation/escalation. Desired Skills: Experience with SAP, Veeva highly regarded but not essential. Desired Skills: Experience in 3 of the following areas: regulatory affairs; artwork coordination; packaging design; external studio; printers; logistics; manufacturing; GxP processes; FMCG or related supply operations.
