Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple platforms (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process—from posting jobs to extending offers
  • Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and generate reports as needed
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (for long-term roles)
  • Fresh graduates welcome for fixed-term positions – no experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven
