Use analytics tools to track and measure social media performance. Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure consistent brand messaging. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, social media tools, and best practices. Monitor for potential issues on social media and develop strategies for effective crisis management. Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance. Who are we looking for Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and ability to think outside the box. Proficient in social media analytics tools. Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
