SEO specialists, also known as search engine optimization specialists, create content for websites that includes popular keywords based on research. We are looking for a creative SEO specialist to optimize our website’s content using analytics and keyword research. Once hired, you will also be in charge of researching advertising and website layout trends to increase page traffic. To be a successful SEO specialist, you must be willing to stay up to date on industry innovations and trends.

Key Accountabilities
  • Increase the number of keywords in existing content and produce high-quality content.
  • Look into keyword trends and develop and integrate content marketing strategies.
  • Analyze site analytics to determine which areas of the site receive the most traffic.
  • Understanding of SEO practices and knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytic tools.
  • Monitor search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape and drive targeted and loyal traffic to the website through effective community-building.
  • Lead all SEO initiatives, including on-page, off-page, content, and technical strategies.
  • Build and present analytics reports, site audits, keyword analysis reports, and competitive analysis reports to company executives. Excels at multitasking and project management.
  • Continually check search terms, rankings, and analytics to monitor the performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement. Meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into more active users.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing, Information Science, or a related degree is preferred.
  • Knows how to use popular SEO tools, Google tools, and content management software.
  • Knows basic HTML and CSS skills. Uses qualitative and quantitative analysis to guide SEO strategies.
  • Ability to adapt strategies to comply with search engine guidelines and algorithm changes.
  • Skill in conducting comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-ranking keywords for content optimization and target audience intent.
  • Ability to develop and execute content strategies that align with SEO objectives. Experience in optimizing content for readability, user engagement, and search engine visibility.
