In this role, your mission is to maintain accurate and reliable financial records for the company. You will make a direct impact by:

  • Allocating invoices and payments to the correct accounts and classes in QuickBooks Online.
  • Tracking orders, invoices, and payments to vendors.
  • Verifying deposits, payments, and open balances.
  • Tracking and allocating credit card charges and weekly amounts due.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records through posting and verification.
  • Tracking expenses, budgets, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial dealings.
  • Providing regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, yearly) for vendors, clients, and management.

This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

  • You have at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • You are proficient in QuickBooks Online for at least 2 years.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ability to produce accurate financial reports.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Word.
  • Comfortable communicating with vendors and corresponding with the team remotely.

Non-Negotiables:

  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in recording data.
  • Resourceful, yet confident to ask questions for clarity.

  • Compensation: Up to ₱30,000
  • Schedule: Night Shift (10 PM–7 AM PH Time), Monday–Friday
  • Reports to: Accounting Lead
