Technical Sales Agent

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and project managers to drive product awareness and sales. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations. Assist clients in product selection, ensuring project specifications and industry standards compliance. Work closely with the design and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions for different construction projects. Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the internal sales and operations teams. Monitor ongoing projects and support clients during installation and after-sales service. Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Location: Mabolo, Cebu Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary Range: Php 23,000– Php 25,000 per month (Base + Commission) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required). At least 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials, or B2B sales. Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including specifications, materials, and project management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients. Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM software.
