We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Officer to join our team. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products/services, enhance brand awareness, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for marketing, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns : Create and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including email marketing, social media marketing, events, and advertising.
  2. Brand Management : Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
  3. Content Creation : Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media posts.
  4. Social Media Management : Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  5. Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  6. Budgeting and Reporting : Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
  7. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  8. Event Management : Plan and execute events, such as product launches, conferences, and trade shows.
  9. Customer Engagement : Develop and implement strategies to engage with customers and build brand loyalty.
  10. Media Relations : Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure press coverage and features.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
