Job Title: Part-Time Onsite IT Support & Reporting Specialist Location: San Juan, Metro Manila Work schedule: 1-2 days per week, 4-8 hours per day on a weekday (Wednesday or Friday) Employment type: Part-time contractor Salary: Php450 to Php750 per hour depending on experience We are looking for a reliable, hands‑on and skilled IT Support & Reporting Specialist who can come to our San Juan office once a week to provide onsite support. This role involves troubleshooting office IT systems, performing data backups, assisting with our issues with Syspro (our ERP system), and helping design reports or queries within our Syspro and Spreadsheet Server environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite IT troubleshooting -- printers, desktops/laptops, network connectivity, workstation, software/hardware issues, and other issues onsite. Perform file and server backups, ensure data security and recovery processes are followed. Assist with Syspro setup, user support and basic maintenance. Design, maintain and enhance Spreadsheet Server dashboard, reports, etc. by creating and optimizing SQL queries that connect to Syspro data. Support management in developing automated, accurate financial and operational reports. Maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures and credentials, if any. Coordinate with Syspro supplier and other external IT service providers when necessary. May occasionally be called for urgent onsite support. Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience). 2-4 years of relevant work experience in IT support, database management, and ERP/reporting systems. Proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, indexing, optimization, etc.), Power Query and Power BI. Familiarity with Spreadsheet Server, Excel or other reporting tools. Knowledge of network troubleshooting, Windows environments, and data backup systems. Reliable, organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be willing to work onsite in San Juan City once a week (4-8 hours). Compensation: Php450 to Php750 per hour depending on experience.
