PT&T, Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Junior Project Engineer Location: Makati, Philippines Responsibilities The Project Engineer will be responsible for engineering projects such as uplink, OLT, feeder, ODN implementation, and new subscriber installation via in‑house or subcontractor. Internal and external projects include Sales and IT projects. The Project Engineer will directly report to the Project Management Office (PMO) Head and will oversee and fully implement time, cost, and quality management in all rollouts and Information Technology (IT) Services activities. Qualifications Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or any other related course. At least 2 years of practical experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) field or IT infrastructure projects. Open to fresh graduates. Candidates with On‑the‑Job Training (OJT) or internship experience in the telecommunications industry or related fields are encouraged to apply. Must have vendor‑management skills handling at least 4 different subcontractors. Desired Skills (Stand Out) Preferably licensed Electronics and Communication Engineer. Experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
