Support senior project managers in monitoring project progress and adjusting schedules, resources, or deliverables as needed. Help manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Prepare and update project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and action item lists. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Track project milestones and deliverables. Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues. Support project meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for project requirements. Maintain project documentation in a structured and accessible manner. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in project management or coordination is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar tools). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledgeable with Excel, Word, Google Sheets & Google Documents. Knowledgeable with Outlook & Lark. Preferred Skills Project Management Certification: Familiarity with certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2. Experience or knowledge in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative project management methodologies. Proficiency in project management software: Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure project deadlines are met. Experience with managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial targets are met. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead small teams or tasks within a larger project context.
