Job Description

The IT Audit Senior Specialist is responsible for key IT audit activities, including developing, executing, and reporting on the annual risk-based IT audit plan. The role also supports the Group Internal Audit (GIA) in communications with management, external auditors, and consultants regarding IT audit matters.

  • Support the development of annual IT audit plans for IT specific areas and integrated audits with business auditors.
  • Assist GIA in delivering and executing IT audits (e.g., Cybersecurity, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery) by applying risk analysis, data analytics, professional judgment, document inspection, and process understanding.
  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of IT audits following industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate root causes of issues, risks, and improvement recommendations, ensuring management implements action plans.
  • Deliver high-quality audit reports focusing on key risks, root causes, materiality, and solutions.
  • Report audit statuses, including activities, next steps, and obstacles, to GIA.
  • Support GIA in communications with management, external auditors, and consultants.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify red flags and emerging risks.
  • Build trust and credibility with stakeholders and support senior management in achieving business objectives.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and special audits as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of IT audit, risk, and control experience.
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Accountancy, Business, or related fields.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CIA, or equivalent are advantageous.
  • Experience leading IT risk-based audits, managing teams, and interacting with stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of IT Security Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of BSP Guidelines and COBIT or similar standards.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in regional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
