Job Description Agent Image Marketing (AIM) is an Agent Image division that specializes in providing digital marketing solutions to help small businesses build their brands online. We value ideas, passion, and drive. The role is for a Social Media Manager to join our Ortigas office. The purpose is to effectively coordinate, execute, and manage all social media and email marketing (organic & paid) activities for our sophisticated clients and nurture client relationships. The Social Media Manager is expected to be creative, organized, innovative, and personable in developing cutting‑edge strategies and nurturing client relationships, leading to increased revenue. Your Responsibilities Perform industry and competitor analysis for internal brands and clients Develop social media and email marketing strategies aligned with client business goals Collaborate with other digital marketing teams (SEO, Content, PPC) for holistic strategies and brand consistency Suggest and implement initiatives designed to improve process, production, and results Strategize social media and email campaigns specific to client objectives and KPIs Create timely, engaging, and relevant social media content on a monthly basis Stay up‑to‑date with current technologies and trends, especially with LLMs and agentic software Apply a multi‑channel approach, integrating digital channels (SEO, PPC, Content, Social) Conduct benchmark and comparison reports to measure impact and improve strategies Think outside the box – understand digital marketing is not one‑size‑fits‑all Have strong capabilities with tools such as Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, HubSpot, MailChimp/Sendy, Salesforce, and other industry platforms Communicate well with internal and external stakeholders Drive learning and development, with an insatiable appetite for improvement Minimum Qualifications Strong capabilities and experience with digital tools: Facebook/Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics and other platforms Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders Insatiable appetite for learning & development, confident in recommending and leading initiatives to improve output and process This is your opportunity to work with excellent professionals and be part of a collaborative and results‑oriented team.
