UpraisIT is Looking for Social Media Specialist - VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (Onsite, Full Time) Rate: Php 30,000 monthly salary Working Schedule: Shift 1: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Manila Time) Shift 2: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Manila Time) Account Time Zones: Dubai & New Zealand – this is a Pioneering Account Work Location: Ortigas (On-site) JOB OVERVIEW We’re looking for a versatile Social Media Specialist – Virtual Assistant who can balance both administrative tasks and creative work. This role leans heavily on managing social media, creating engaging content, and editing videos. If you love digital marketing and have a good eye for visuals, you’ll fit right in Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and arrange meetings across time zones. Perform data entry, maintain records, and keep files/documents organized. Handle email correspondence with timely replies and follow-ups. Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents. Conduct research and compile information to support decisions. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflows. Monitor and update task trackers/project management tools. Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Digital Marketing: Run campaigns, track performance, and optimize content for engagement. Video Editing: Edit videos (CapCut or similar tools) and create visuals using Canva. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. Strong skills in social media management and digital marketing. Proficiency in video editing (CapCut or similar) and Canva graphics is REQUIRED. Comfortable using Meta Business Suite for scheduling & analytics. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
