Develop tailored business solutions, including delivery approaches, resource plans, service levels, and pricing models that address client needs and drive efficiency. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and value propositions to support client meetings and bid processes. Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, and Delivery) to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, compliant, and competitive. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance solution offerings. Client Relationship & Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner who provides insights and measurable business outcomes. Support sales and pursuit efforts by ensuring proposals align with client expectations and company capabilities. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through service enhancements, renewals, and value‑added initiatives. Participate in client presentations, business reviews, and negotiations to secure long‑term partnerships and drive revenue growth. Operational & Commercial Excellence Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from proposal to implementation. Analyze performance data and client feedback to recommend process improvements and strategic adjustments. Ensure the commercial soundness and sustainability of all proposed solutions and contracts. Provide market intelligence and business insights to support pricing strategies and strategic planning.
