Associate Account Manager Join to apply for the Associate Account Manager - role at Somewhere LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES Position: Associate Account Manager Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm EST Salary Range: USD/month (to be assessed and approved by the client based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities) About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Account Manager to join our team as a Reporting Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely reporting by pulling daily & weekly reports from Excel and other data sources. The ideal candidate possesses strong Excel skills, a keen eye for data accuracy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your contributions will directly impact decision-making processes and help drive our business’s success. Duties And Responsibilities Data Extraction: Utilize advanced Excel techniques to extract and compile relevant data from various sources. Report Generation: Generate daily reports showcasing key metrics, performance indicators, and other relevant data that provide insights into the business’s operations, client interactions, and sales activities. Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data extracted and reported, performing thorough quality checks and validation procedures to identify and rectify any discrepancies. Report Customization: Collaborate with Account Managers and other stakeholders to understand their specific reporting needs and customize daily reports accordingly. Data Analysis: Analyze trends and patterns within the reports to identify potential areas for improvement, growth opportunities, and actionable insights. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, Data Analysts, and IT, to ensure smooth data flow and reporting processes. Requirements 2+ years’ experience in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Must be fluent in English (written & spoken). Hours: 9am - 6pm EST (remote). Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Problem-solving orientation with a proactive and self-motivated attitude. Prior experience in data extraction, analysis, and reporting is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
