About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Power Platform & Data Developer to join our team. In this senior role, you will play a critical part in shaping our internal technology landscape and delivering advanced data-driven solutions to our clients and business. You will be responsible for end-to-end development across the Microsoft Power Platform, management of SQL databases, implementation of intelligent automations, and integration of cutting-edge Ai (including generative Ai and large language models).

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Development

  • Build, maintain, and optimize solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Create dynamic and user-friendly dashboards, reports, and applications tailored to business needs that drive meaningful insights.
  • Apply Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) to develop advanced calculations, measures, and KPIs within Power BI.

Data Management

  • Administer and manage SQL databases, including data modelling, optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and accessibility across systems.

Internal Automation & AI

  • Develop and implement internal automations to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to AI-driven initiatives, including solutions using generative Ai and large language models (LLMs) , to support business innovation and client solutions.
  • Explore opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into dashboards, workflows, and client deliverables.

Client Support

  • Collaborate with clients to design and deliver BI dashboards and data solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Understand client internal ecosystems and translate requirements into effective, practical solutions.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with business stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in Power Platform, BI, and Ai technologies as well as other technologies.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar senior role
  • Proven experience in Power BI , Power Apps , and Power Automate .
  • Strong proficiency with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for advanced reporting and analytics.
  • Solid knowledge and practical experience in SQL database management .
  • Experience in designing, building, and maintaining BI dashboards and reports.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and AI development projects (including generative AI and LLM-based solutions) .
  • Ability to engage with clients, understand their processes, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous consulting/direct client engagement experience or experience working across multiple client ecosystems vital
  • Proven experience in development of RPA systems and Process Automations/Microsoft Power Apps
  • Must be able to work and solve complex problems independently with minimal suprvision

Desirable Experience

  • Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, or similar).
  • Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices.
