Job Description

  • Develop and execute data-driven trade marketing strategies aligned with brand and sales objectives.
  • Plan and manage activation campaigns to enhance product visibility, consumer engagement, and sales performance across key channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure trade plans are aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine trade strategies.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for trade promotions and activation projects with a focus on ROI and efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of trade initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, activation, or related roles within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and a strategic mindset to align trade activities with overarching business goals.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in trade marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software.
  • Experience in creating ROI-driven trade promotions and activations.
