The Regional Leasing Manager shall manage a group of Leasing Managers and oversee a cluster of malls to ensure maximum occupancy of leasable spaces in the malls under her area of responsibility. This individual will plan and implement various strategies to bring in new retail tenants and concepts. The incumbent is expected to maintain positive tenant relationships to promote maximum occupancy of the mall properties, prepare forecasts and plan the business cycle to optimize mall value and profitability of all malls under his/her supervision. Educational Requirement Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent.
